Sales Conditions

All prices are subject to change without notice.
Terms of payment: Payment is due in full 30 days after invoice date.

Merchandise Returns

All new merchandise returns require prior written authorization and an RMA# (Return material Authorization).
All new returns must be in their original, undamaged, clean packaging.
All returns must be shipped prepaid.
A 25% handling charge will be applied to all merchandise returns.
Obsolete or discontinued items are non-returnable.
Any merchandise returned as defective will be credited only if, after inspection, the returned product is judged as defective by our personnel.
All merchandise returned, defective or otherwise, will be subjected to the above conditions and will be credited towards future purchases. No cash refunds.
All merchandise returned with a purchase date of over one year will be refused.

Warranty

All brake rotors are warranted against manufacturer defects for a period of one year (12 months) or 20,000 kilometers.

Xenon Enhanced Bulbs Warranty

This warranty applies only to the Solar Series Platinum Bulbs manufactured by Perde Auto. The limits of the warranty are simple, if the bulb fails during normal use, Perde Auto will replace it for the lifetime of the original end customer. This limited warranty only covers the replacement of the product. It does not cover any other expenses you may have incurred and does not cover indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages due to failure. Some areas may not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you. In no event, shall AK Quality Parts INC. be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Customers will be responsible for shipping/handling fees and require an approved RMA # (Return Material Authorization). Items received without an RMA # will be refused and returned to the shipper. This warranty is valid by Perde Auto for as long as they are in business.
